1975 430 BUDGET MODEL REIMAGINED IN CANDY WINE PEARL

WITH TORTOISE SHELL BINDING, BIGSBY VIBRATO, AND TOASTER PICKUPS

Rickenbacker's mid-1970s attempt at a basic bolt-neck solid body in the vein of a Fender Telecaster. These are seen in Mahogany and Jetglo finishes most often. All have maple necks and Bubinga fretboards.

This example was done up like the dog's dinner, with a transparent Wine Pearl finish over the original mahogany body, tortoiseshell binding top and back, toaster pickups and a Bigsby B5 vibrato. A special tortoiseshell celluloid pick guard and matching nameplate were fitted.
