"TUMON BAY" 730L LARAMIE 12 STRING DREADNOUGHT

This incredibly-colored 12-string maple dreadnought was one of Studio California's early acoustic Rickenbacker builds. It was ordered by Tim Rock, a marine photographer and musician who makes his home on the tiny Pacific island of Guam. It was the first Rickenbacker acoustic guitar to be painted in Aquaglo burst, with a pale Aqua center blending through darker Aqua to a Deep Cerulean Blue edge at the "Checkerboard" purfling.

This instrument set the pattern of standardizing the "Teardrop" pick guard surrounding the sound hole. It also features a clear coated fretboard, gold-plated Schaller mini tuning machines, a bound headstock, and LR Baggs dual element pickup system.

Tim's signature is laser-engraved in the pick guard.
