1967 360/12 "HURRICANE KATRINA"

This slide show illustrated the total restoration of a 360/12 that had been through Hurricane Katrina, resulting in some water damage to the finish, hardware, and electronics. The restoration ran the gamut of work, from a neck reset to new fretboard with new crushed mother-of-pearl fret markers, to a period-appropriate pale Amber Fireglo finish. Of note is the cut-back nameplate to fit the very slim 1967 neck. Only 1967 and some 1968 Rickenbackers have this anomaly.
